Engineered Traditional Hoarding

Traditional hoarding is the most common approach in the market — and the least consistent. Prime System is our traditional build, done the same way on every project, with the engineering decided before the first panel goes up.

Behind the finished face — framing, rails and base restraint.

Why it exists

Traditional Hoarding Built Twice, the Same Way.

Traditional hoarding is usually built ad hoc — by whichever crew is free, to whatever detail they know. Two walls in the same mall end up different. Prime System fixes the method so the result does not depend on who turned up.

Fixed

The method

The same construction sequence, the same detailing approach, the same inspection before handover — on every project.

Variable

The site

Dimensions, access, height, finish and operating conditions change. The build adapts to them; the standard does not move.

Standardized where it matters. Adapted where the site requires.

Rear elevation — steel stud framing, tracks, bracing and counterweights, set out before any board goes on.

What is controlled

A Process, Not a Crew.

Six things are decided before construction starts, and checked before handover.

Fire-rated Boards

12.5 mm fire-resistant gypsum board to both faces of the wall.

Controlled Process

The build follows a defined sequence rather than site improvisation.

Project-Specific Application

The standard is applied to the conditions of the individual site.

Access & Operations

Doors, access routes and working hours are planned into the build, not cut in afterwards.

Digital Access

Digital access can be integrated where the project requires it.

Finish & Detailing

Edges, joints and finished surfaces are detailed to a set standard.

Stud spacing and rail detail, set out before any board goes on.

Selected around the site

When Traditional Is the Right Answer.

Prime System may be appropriate where the site allows conventional construction, where the run is long or irregular, or where the finish and detailing requirements are better served by a built wall than by a modular one.

Hoarding Prime assesses the project before determining whether Prime System — or another solution — is appropriate.

Beyond the build

A Built Wall Still Has to Be Looked After.

Traditional hoarding takes knocks like any other. Inspection, repair, modification, relocation and removal stay inside the same file — as the project requires.

Graphics are produced and applied by us. Mall coordination and working hours are handled by us.
