Some sites do not accept a standard answer. Height, geometry or wind exposure rules out both the modular and the traditional route. Custom Engineered is what we build when the site writes its own brief.

When a standard system stops

Three Conditions That Rule Out the Standard Route.

Height

Standard hoarding stops at 5–6 m; Lomax reaches 8–10 m. Above 10 m the wall becomes a structure of its own — we build to 35 m.

Geometry & Passages

Curves, angles, columns and corridors that must stay open and usable while the unit behind is closed.

Outdoor Exposure

Wind changes the calculation. An outdoor wall is not the same wall moved outside — it is engineered against a wind load.

The site is surveyed and the condition that breaks the standard route is identified precisely.

A solution is developed around that condition — structure, access, finish and installation sequence together.

Execute

Produced, installed, inspected and maintained under the same process as every other Hoarding Prime project.

We will tell you when it is not needed.

Most sites do not require a custom solution. If Lomax or Prime System covers the condition, that is what we will recommend — a custom build costs more and takes longer, and there is no reason to carry either without cause.

Beyond the build

A One-Off Structure Needs a Long-Term Owner.

A custom hoarding cannot be maintained by a supplier who did not build it. Inspection, repair, modification, relocation and removal stay with us for the life of the project.
